DANIAL SHAFI

Danial Shafi is an Iranian soccer player renowned for his blistering pace and deadly shooting accuracy. He was a major part of the Vietnam War, and fought against Communism with the Justice League and his trusty sidekick, Gohan Rarga. Danial Shafi was the founder of the "Blistering Pace" Policy, and is currently a professional kebab producer. He currently lives in Sydney, where he plays for the Dundas Unicorns, coached by his legendary brother, Massi Shafi, a C-Walking world champion. 

EARLY LIFE

Before gaining world wide recognition, Danial Shafi was a kebab griller in Iran. He was forced to leave his home country due to the Civil War that was occurring. On the 20th of July, 1925, Danial, Massi and their father secretly escaped their village and made their way out to sea. Unfortunately, they were spotted trying to sneak onto a boat by a customs officer, and it was here that Danial and Massi discovered their talents. With nothing to lose, Danial unleashed his deadly speed, carrying his overweight dad to safety while his brother, Massi, distracted the officer with his skillful C-Walking. Together, they managed to escape the war- torn country of Iran and make it safely to the shores of Australia: the first step to their world wide success. After settling in Adelaide, the Shafi family set up their own kebab store, and it was also here that Danial Shafi began his friendship with Gohan Rarga.

DANIAL SHAFI AND THE JUSTICE LEAGUE (1943-2000)

 World War 2 (1943-1945)

In 1943, World War I was the central issue of almost everyone's minds, and when Adolf Hitler, German politician and leader of the Nazis,seemed to be gaining the upper hand, many lost faith and began to acknowledge that the war would be lost. But that was not to be: as Australia became more involved in the war, they developed new ideas, and soon enough, government officials discovered the talents of Danial and Massi Shafi. On the 30th of May, 1943, Danial Shafi, along with Massi Shafi, negotiated with Prime Minister John Curtin, to establish a group known as the Justice League, a superhero team that dedicated themselves to fight crime anywhere in the world. Along with Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash and many others, this team now boasted the captaincy of Danial and Massi Shafi.

 The Shafi Operation was then triggered a month later and with sheer speed and determination, Danial Shafi shaftascially brought a swift end to the war, by distracting the enemy forces with his raw speed, while the rest of his team quickly took down Hitler's men. Massi Shafi also played a major role in the defeat of Adolf Hitler, by evading all of the enemy fire with his C- Walking skills. With all his force down, Hitler then fled and later commited suicide, his last words being, " I had hoped that I could make this a Shaftopian World, but it seems I was inevitably beaten..."

 Interwar Period (1945-1950)

After winning World War 2, the justice league found themselves out of work. All was well in the world, and after the founding of the United Nations, the justice league decided to disband, with the various superheros returning to their country of orgin. Fortunately for Australia, Danial and Massi Shafi, as well as Gohan Rarga, their trusty side-kick, returned from the war to Sydney. It was around this time that Danial first founded the Dundas Unicorns soccer team. Every match, Danial would use his blistering pace and superb shooting skills inorder to win the day, with Gohan Rarga using his considerable body width to completely cover the goal mouth.  However, this peace would not last. The North Koreans led by Kim Jong Il soon invaded South Korea.
